Sir Wrestling provides a great opportunity for our wrestlers to interact 1 on 1 with our coaching staff through our 1 hour private sessions. During the hour, YOU tell our staff what you want to go over:
- Trying to improve your wrestling technique?
Our staff will go over any technique you want to learn or need to improve on.
- Tape Analysis?
Bring in a tape of a recent match and review it with our coaches. Then hit the mat and work on what we saw on your tape.
- Looking for a good workout partner?
Reserve a private with one of our coaches (all of which have competed at the collegiate level) and see what it's like to "go hard" for an hour straight.

35 minute technique
hands on step by step - top, bottom, or neutral / you pick!
15 minutes of hard live wrestling
