PRESEASON WORKOUTS

Every MONDAY  - 6:00 - 8:00pm
&
Every SATURDAY - 12:00 - 2:00pm
Right up to the first day of the regular season
THE TIME IS NOW!

SIR Wrestling and ITMA are combining to create NJA ELITE (North Jersey Athletics), a preseason training regiment.  Our SIR coaches, who have been put through this course, believe it is something that can help take you to the next level. This is an inner core specific workout that has delivered what no preseason program can achieve. We believe your skills combined with this 2 hour program can benefit your career as you continue to grow within the sport. This workout features a full program consisting of an hour of mat endurance, position drills, speed, and technique training, and intense live goes directed by our SIR coach Dan Tramontozzi. Following that is a non stop hour of functional, kettle bell, and grip training, all of which develop greater core strength, speed and power. The second hour will be directed by ITMA's David Barreras, a personal trainer and Kettle Bell National Champion who has set up this program specifically for wrestlers. We are excited to train and look forward to seeing you on Mondays & Saturdays.
